This original artwork is inspired by Japan and features an enso. An enso or the neverending circle in this art symbolizes life, enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and mu (the void). Drawing an enso is a disciplined-creative practice of Japanese ink painting, Sumi-e which I took classes in Japan and the UK.

The linen canvas is protected with a clear primer so the texture is a feature in the artwork. The carefully sourced wooden box frame is another reminder of nature with knots and interesting variants matched with each artwork by the artist making each work even more unique.
